1 Minute Shopping

One day before my husband's flight to Philippines, he had a one minute shopping to buy something for me,Bienne and baby Arianna. He shopped so fast! And all the items that he bought were perfectly fit on us! I can't wait to wear the outfits that he gave me..soon after I give birth, I can wear the extra small size clothes. For the mean while, can't wait to give birth! I really want to see Arianna in our home happy home.

Hubby's sister in-law also prepared gifts for the three of us. My mother in-law already sent us ahead her gifts. Wow! Bienne and I and Arianna are really lucky to have a generous and loving family.

Premiere Elite Member

My husband has given a privilege to change his flight schedule from Manila to Cebu. That's good being an elite member of PAL Mabuhay Miles. He arrived three hours early today that made me glad because I really miss him a lot. It seemed we haven't seen for years but the truth is we're 7,000 miles apart for only 2weeks. It's a great feeling that he is here with me now, I really need katuwang in moment like this that I'm suffering from pinched nerve pain. And aside from that,I can't stand without him, I mean I can't live without him, I mean he is my life, my happiness and inspiration. It is in my thoughts everyday that I'm so lucky to have him. I don't know what I did to deserve him. God is really good to me ever since I was born.

Language Day

South Hills International School celebrated their "Linggo ng Wika" today at Cebu City Library. Each grade level had their dance presentation. Here are some pictures of Bienne with Malong dance. I took a video also, I hope I can upload it here using youtube so I can share here. I'll find time for it.

Making the Move

I'm glad that "Mommy Academy" is giving away a magazine (Free) for the future mother . I bought one denim maternity outfit in the store and they gave me two pieces of baby diapers and magazine. This magazine is really informative and so I want to share one of the articles that I like.

Here it goes ...

Question: How would you know if it's time to make your child sleep on a regular bed?

Answer : There's no set time when you have to replace your child's crib with a regular or toddler bed, although most children make the switch sometimes between ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 years. There are also several reasons to make the change from crib to bed:

1. Your child learns to climb and can hurt himself by falling out.

Take note :

• * Don't rush into buying a toddler bed the moment your child attempts or is able to climb out of the crib for the first time. He may not be ready for it and may not be safe for him to be up and about during the night when everybody is asleep.
• * Buy yourself some time by lowering the crib mattress as far as possible, so the side rails are higher and more difficult to climb over. And always remove padded bumpers as soon as your toddler starts to climb.
• * Move you child out of the crib when the rail reaches the level of his nipples, since climbing out is more possible.

2. Your child outgrows the crib.
3. Your child asks for a bed.
4. Your child is learning how to use the toilet.
5. A new sibling is on the way.

Take note:

* Try to make the change two months or more before the newborn arrives so that the older child doesn't feel like his crib is being taken over.

Every child is different, some would take to a bed right away, some would need to be coaxed into it. To make the transition easier on your child, put the new bed where the crib used to be, let him sleep with his old blanket and let him keep favorite crib toys on his new bed: the familiarity will ease his worries. You can also have your child help pick out new beddings: it will make him feel more in control.

Wedding Ring

My wedding ring wont fit on my ring finger anymore. I expected it already because I gained 25 pounds due to pregnancy. I kept it now in the box. I'm not comfortable not wearing my ring so I bought one exactly the same style (plain) with my hubby's ring. Fortunately, I found one at Filigrenacia enterprises. I'll wear it temporarily while the size of my finger is not yet back to its normal size. But if it wont back to its regular size then I'll consider resizing it which cost an amount that I don't like.

Good news for HapiFam

My husband went to post office today to get his mails in his PO Box .. and there were two letters that made us happy. He received a mail from USCIS that his petition (I-130) for me and Bienne got approved. Thank you Lord. Now, we will just wait for the next notice from US embassy Manila. The processing is not giving us a headache because we hired an immigration expert who will tell us what to prepare and what the next possible documents to arrive. We can also ask him if we have questions regarding the petition. For now, we are in the waiting list which would take 10 months or so.

Watch and Laugh

You won't regret if you'll watch the video attached. It's so funny and very entertaining. I viewed this trice, and each time I can't help but to laugh!lol! And listen to the accent. It's so amazing how these two little kids make your day. They were so cute! Enjoy watching!

Pleasant Surprise

My husband always surprise me of anything that put smile on my face. I do smile even without surprises though. I have wrinkles na nga on my face sa kaka-smile, hehe! Here's the surprise that he didn't tell me immediately when he came online today. He just said, he has a surprise... I tried to guess.. I thought it's a new laptop because he planned to buy one. But it's a new car!(2008 Toyota Yaris). He decided to buy this so that we have a car to use when we get to the US middle of next year. This is perfect for our happy family. His brother will take care of the car while he is here in the Philippines with me and Bienne and Arianna.

In Due Time

I've been thinking what to wear 3 weeks from now for may labor day. So I went out today and look for an outfit that I can use in due time. This outfit is not actually for pregnant woman but at first look it seems that it would fit on my huge tummy. I grabbed one and tried if it fits on me..yes it is with a 50% discount, great deal! Anyway, while walking inside the mall, I walked like a penguin! Hehe! I get tired so easily.. so I walked so slow.

I'm looking forward everyday for the time I gonna give birth. The things to be brought in the hospital like baby needs, my things (as well as hubby's) and documents are inside the bag already.

The closet of the baby is already prepared . Members of hapifam are so excited for baby Arianna.

Missing My Husband

It's been six days that my husband is not here with us... Right now, he is busy with the business in Ca. He is trying to survive the biz inspite of the economic crisis that US is facing now. He has 10days more to reconstruct the biz, hopefully it will be back to normal. He is doing his best to fix things in a proper place. After that, he'll be back here in the Philippines.

Today, I acted like a dad to our Bienne, she used to be with her daddy Andy right after school. They teased each other and laughed so much. So I have to copy how he did to make Bienne laugh to the max... I made funny faces and suddenly my tears fell, I remember the funny faces of my hubby and tears symbolized that I really missed him!

He just called over the phone while I'm making this post! Thanks for calling mylab!

Little Lady

My baby Bienne is now a little lady. She likes to pose like a full grown lady. Maybe she scanned the fashion magazines that I have here. The outfit(top) that she's wearing was given to her by her Tita Mae in Hawaii. Bienne is really an amazing kid, she's not bilmoko. She's my errand here in the house. She's not giving me headache.. really Bienne is one of a kind. She also loves challenges like if she sees a kid who knows how to do this and that, she would try her best to do it as well. Bienne is a happy person too like her mom and dad.

Natal Day

Today, I celebrated my 29th birthday with my family. It's just a simple birthday but memorable to me. My husband and daughter prepared a gift and cards that I like. So sweet of the two of them. I thank the Lord for giving me another year in my life. Year 2008 is really a blast for me. Everything great happened to me in 2008 (got married, got pregnant, will give birth, new apartment/car, etc). I can tell that I'm so blessed and for that I thank God for all the blessings He has given me. I'm one of the lucky women in the world.

Happy Pascoe Family

Sharing with you my family portrait. We are happy most of the time. We love to live life happily. When we are at home, we just spend our time in the master's bedroom, playing around, watching dvds and reading. Soon our family will be added one member..baby girl Arianna. She's another reason to be happy. Let's all live life to the fullest. =)
