My husband is on a diet right now but he didn’t take any of the diet pills that I’ve been blogged about . He is counting his food in take by Points. He only eats 32 points in one day or within 24hours. He said he can still eat my foods though he has to weigh the amount that he eats and record each food after our dinner. It is fun and last night, I teased him that he had already eaten more than 32 points because I gave him chocolate kisses while he was driving.
